• deutschland (east and west for much of the time david was there)
• österreich
• the UK
• the netherlands
• belgium (thats a story!)
• luxembourg
• france
• ialia
• greece
• portugal
• not sure about spain but i believe so
• hungary
• checkoslovakia
• poland (funny story there)
• denmark
• iceland
• i dont think any other scandahoovian countries
• any more to add?

then canada most everywhere...
canadian places he lived:

• moncton born and often returned,
• halifax first for art school and then for a change from moncton,
• toronto a couple sessions,
• some indian reservation in southern ontario,
• vancouver (where both wolf and patrick met him...he went back a number of times,
• trail b.c. where he has an uncle,
• calgary (way back when),
• winnipeg (he called it winterpeg, he was on his way to sandiego from amsterdam and had immigration problems...a long story, rather funny),
• montreal many times

the U S of A
guess we could break that down
in rough order:

• key west
• all over florida
• new york and boroughs
• provincetown?
• boston?
• san diego
• los angelas
• seattle
• north dakota (where i am not sure...where he was deported to winnepeg)
• help me out with any other areas
